  1. @cookieh35hbg dude, when you gonna be running the 79c bus route again? i aint had a proper thrash on those cadets for ages!! trip to school aint the same without ye!

  2. I’ve always liked Lynxes and I went on this one first day in service in 1991, then ended up buying it in 2005 for preservation!

  3. i like the style of the lynx and the engine sounds and gear boxs unlike the crappy
darts if only the darts used the L10 with zf would sound much better

  4. the only way to drive a lynx is foot down!

  5. sould have called that leyland trashing

  6. Great video 6:17 best bit bus takes off, nail wings on it and the thing will fly!

  7. yes, thats halton lea, thanks for the comments, glad you like vid ;-0

  8. cool mate, and thank you for the inifo, i have looked on Google Earth for the place where the Lynx starts from and found it, is it a big shopping center ?

  9. Yes we have a busway here in Runcorn, it’s about 8 miles of buses only roads linking the various parts of the town together. So we thought it would be good to take the lynx out and catch it on film out and about on the system..

  10. is this filmed on a local bus network or some thing ??
    and where ??
i like the good old Lynxes

  11. thanks for the exterior shots, I sorely miss the sight and sounds of cardiff mark 2s going past my house!

  12. Its got a Cummins in it Hamster. Mark 2 Lynxes have a different ZF gearbox and controller than a Mark 1 so they sound different

  13. Thank goodness for a lynx without a cummins engine sounds much like a volvo B10B this is one rare beast!

  14. christ, my lords!
