Magna Carta Article 61 Grand Jury

The Magna Carta Article 61 Grand Jury is the 4th branch of government. It is available only to the Sovereign People of the USA, and can be used to make right any unlawful taking of personal rights, property or liberty by the government. The People have taken the place of the Barons as the sureties of the peace, whereby only they can petition government for a redress of grievances under the 1st Amendment, and only they can bear arms in the states under the 2nd Amendment in order to enforce the judgment of the Magna Carta Grand Jury. No court can overturn its decision, as the Magna Carta Grand Jury is the highest court in the USA.

Runcorn UK

Runcorn is an industrial town and cargo port within the borough of Halton in the ceremonial county of Cheshire, England. In 2009, its population was estimated to be 61,500.[1] The town is on the southern bank of the River Mersey where the estuary narrows to form Runcorn Gap. Directly to the north across the Mersey is the town of Widnes. Upstream and 8 miles (12.9 km) to the northeast is the town of Warrington and downstream 16 miles (26 km) to the west is the city of Liverpool.
